New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut has been making the headlines for her shrewd and fearless comments for a long time now. Ever since the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, she has been calling out names from Bollywood as well as politics. The ‘Manikarnika’ actress officially joined Twitter last year after noticing the strength and unity of people in the SSR death case. Earlier, her digital team used to manage her social media accounts.
Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel have recorded their statement in the sedition case filed by feature film casting director Munnawarali alias Sahil Ahsrafali Sayyed which was registered at the Bandra Police station. They left the police station after two hours.
The sisters were snapped at the Bandra Police station by the paparazzi on Friday (January 8).
Meanwhile, starting from taking a dig at Bollywood bigwigs for supporting ‘nepotism’ to calling out political figures, the ‘Queen’ actress has done it all. She has been very active on Twitter ever since Sushant’s death and these series of tweets landed her in a number of legal troubles. Recently, the ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ actress took to her Twitter ahead of making an appearance before the Mumbai Police in the sedition case filed against her.
Kangana took to her Twitter and released a video seeking support from her fans. In the video, she highlighted the several cases that have been filed against her for ‘standing up for the country’. Ranaut also shared how her house was ‘illegally demolished’ to her opinion in the farmers’ issue.
While sharing the video, Kangana questioned why she is ‘being mentally tortured’. She wrote, “Why am I being mentally, emotionally and now physically tortured? I need answers from this nation…. I stood for you it’s time you stand for me …Jai Hind”
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Kangana Ranaut will be next seen playing the lead role in the biopic ‘Thalaivi’. She also has ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhaakad’ in her kitty.
